Refund policy
Returns (Defective Items Only)
We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/color, or other non-defect reasons.
- Window: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a defective-item return.
- How to start: Email pocketretina@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video of the defect and packaging.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
