Troubleshooting
App is not loading or freezes

Audio or pronunciation not working
- Check your iPhone’s silent switch and volume
- Check that Bluetooth is not routing audio to another device
- Close other apps using audio and try again
I found a translation issue
Please email us the exact phrase, the language, and the corrected wording you’d expect in a real clinical encounter. If possible, include context (ED vs clinic, neuro vs ortho, etc.).
